Modules from Dosing to Control
The project requirements are handed over in an initial meeting. 3defacto creates a process flow diagram that incorporates many years of experience. The optimal production process, combined with low personnel and energy requirements, is part of a 3defacto proposal concept. The concepts are always based on a modular design of the process engineering components. Naturally, all systems are delivered with control cabinets and software modules from our in-house electrical department. This ensures the highest standards in terms of sustainability, durability, and quality.
All plant modules from 3defacto are assembled, tested, and commissioned in-house. Only after all internal tests have been successfully completed are the modules shipped to the customer. Once on site, the modules are mechanically and electrically connected and commissioned within a very short time. With NEXUS, we enable our customers to implement preventive maintenance of the supplied system
The benefits of our solutions
-
Modular system development
The process plant solutions we bring are modular and scalable. The basis is always the same but depending on the details we can built the solution by adding or removing modules, and/or scale them to the needed capacity
-
Material-specific design
The solution will also be designed towards the needs of the materials you need to process, also by adding or removing modules and/or scaling them to optimize material handling and behavior
-
Centralized control
We have one master device to run the system. This means you have a good overview as well as details all together in one central control box for live production tracking. Here also datalogging is integrated. Different dashboards are available for the different departments.
-
Automated cleaning options
The cleaning cycle can be done manually, but also automatically. This is a big advantage, it helps to keep the system maintained and reduces unexpected maintenance
-
Safe material handling
For the input of goods we have several big bag unloading systems. This will bring reduction of manual manpower, is safer for the operator, and has weight measurement options.
-
In-house expertise
All design and production is done in-house.
Copier – 3defacto history
Copier started in 1997 as a machine builder with focus on design, assembling, programming, testing, installation and maintenance. 3defacto started in 2000 with focus on mechanical engineering for customers on site and in house. In 2015 3defacto started to built the machines as well, for several industries.
In the cooperation Copier – 3defacto we have a team of 90 members, in all disciplines, to do everything as much as possible in house, with headquarter in Muhltal, Germany, and sales entities in Glenpool, Oklahoma, USA and in Dubai, UAE. Together we focus on pipe production industries, Process Plant industries and Heavy wheel assembling industries.
Both Copier and 3defacto realized many projects all around the globe, together we look forward to a strong and successful continuation.
